Fees and options

At this time, the Dutch Health system does not cover ABA services. However, we are in the process of being certified as providers under PGB, and will let all affected families know as soon as we have completed this. All services provided under PGB will be at no additional costs to families. We are also looking into other sources of public funding that may be available to families. 

Private pay costs

We are always looking for ways to reduce the financial burden on families, especially those with intensive programs. Please contact us for help with payment plans and possible fee reductions. 

Assessment costs

Assessments for intensive programs are billed at 500 euro. 

Assessments for focused/functional skill plans are billed at 250 euro. 

Assessments for parent training are billed at 150 euro. 

Doctoral level BCBA services hourly costs

Doctoral level BCBA services provided on an houry basis are billed at 77 euro per hour. 

Behavior technicians/RBT costs when provided by the family

Behavior technicians or RBTS that are contracted directely with the family do not trigger additional charges from Utrecht Autism Services. However they will need to complete a 16 hour training and pass a test with Dr. Gifford before they can implement programs. Training costs will depend on how many people can be trained at the same time. 

Behavior technicians/RBTs when provided by Utrecht Autism Services.

When Utrecht Autism Services provides behavior technicians/RBTs for your child, they will be billed at 35 euro per hour for an RBT and 30 euro per hour for a behavior technician. UAS will cover all training costs for these team members.
